ROSE LAW FIRM

ROSE LAW FIRM was founded Walnut Creek in 2001 by Glenn A. Rose.

The firm initially specialized in immigration law and quickly outgrew the Walnut Creek office. Within a few years, the Firm relocated to 580 California St. in San Francisco, CA, expanding to three attorneys, a paralegal, secretary and an office manager. This office location was close to the immigration court at 100 Montgomery and mere blocks from the SF Ferry Building, where the Rose family immigrated to the United States in 1952. The Firm expanded again, this time to Daly City, CA, in 2008. Throughout it all, Glenn took enormous pride in helping others become naturalized American citizens.

The firm underwent several changes, including a shift away from immigration law and focusing on family law and opening the Walnut Creek office in 2021. Today, Walnut Creek is the exclusive location and the Firm is operated by Glenn’s son, Richard Rose. In addition to family law, the Firm also offers mediation, estate planning, business consulting, and general civil litigation services, the latter of which includes breach of contract disputes, restraining orders and more.

The family law portion of our practice has many facets including divorce, establishment of paternity, custody and visitation of children, division of marital assets and debts, handling of maritally owned businesses, child and spousal support issues, and more.

If you aren’t sure if we handle your type of case, make sure to ask!
